Every driver on GoSawaari is verified, rated, and reviewable. Here's exactly how.

Document verification

Before taking any trip, drivers submit their driving licence number & expiry, PAN number, and vehicle registration details. Our admin team reviews each profile before marking it ACTIVE. Drivers with expired or suspicious documents are suspended.

Start OTP + End OTP protection

Even after a driver is assigned, nothing moves without an OTP you control. A 4-digit Start OTP is emailed to you — the trip can't begin unless you share it with the driver. A 4-digit End OTP is issued only after you pay the balance — the driver can't close (and get paid for) the trip without it.

Bi-directional ratings

You rate every driver out of 5 after the trip. Drivers also rate every customer. Low ratings on either side go to admin for review. The driver pool is self-cleaning.

Rating threshold for new trips

Drivers below our minimum rating threshold are automatically filtered out of the trip feed. The threshold is admin-tunable (default 3.5 stars).

Admin override at any time

If anything feels off during a trip — payment stuck, driver non-responsive, wrong End OTP attempts — admin can force-complete or force-cancel with full refund logic. Every override is logged.
