From booking to balance paid — 7 steps
Every GoSawaari booking follows the same simple flow. Trust is built step by step.

Search & see every charge
Enter your origin, destination, any stops along the way, and your dates. GoSawaari shows you 8 cab categories with a line-by-line fare breakdown — base fare, driver allowance, state tax, estimated tolls, GST. No surprises.

Pay 25% to confirm
Secure Razorpay checkout — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets. The balance is due only after your trip ends via the app. Advance % is tuneable by the operator.

Verified driver confirms
We broadcast your trip to eligible drivers. One accepts and pays a small deposit to lock it. You get an email with their name, phone, car details, and a 4-digit Start OTP for pickup. Typical confirmation: 8–12 min.

Share Start OTP at pickup
When your driver arrives, read out the 4-digit Start OTP from your email. They enter it on their app — the trip begins. You know for sure it's really your assigned driver.

Travel, with stops as planned
Follow your custom multi-stop route. Driver sees the full itinerary. All en-route tolls are paid by them against the toll estimate shown in your fare.

Pay balance, close trip
After reaching, pay the balance in-app. We immediately issue you a 4-digit End OTP. Share it with the driver so they can close the trip. Only then is the payout released — your protection.

Rate your driver
A quick 5-star rating keeps the community safe. If you used a referral code, your rating is what unlocks the ₹200 voucher for both you and your referrer.
